This part is the hardest part of them all.

12 sets of index-thumb hold
12 sets of middle-thumb hold
12 sets of ring-thumb hold
12 sets of pinky-thumb hold

Start with 5seconds and after reaching 20secs of hold per set, proceed to do the one finger holds.
