Four Fingers finger-tip hold
The title alone should already have given you a little idea about the routine.
Assume a starting push-up position, hold that stance with the following fingers for support:
Sample training routine:
4 sets withf index finger folded
4 sets with middle finger folded
4 sets with ring finger folded
4 sets with pinky finger folded.
Like the original Finger Tip Push-up hold, with only 4 sets out of the 16 sets that each finger is not involved in,you can see that the number of sets that each finger is involved in is still 12 sets.
