Three finger finger-tip push-up hold



This training is a little bit more tricky to design because of the increase in combinations of the working fingers.  Follow the program below and you won't go wrong:

4 sets of index-middle-thumb hold
4 sets of index-ring-thumb hold
4 sets of index-pinky-thumb hold
4 sets of middle-ring-thumb hold
4 sets of middle-pinky-thumb hold
4 sets of ring-pinky-thumb hold
Just like the previous training phases, start with 5-10 secs per holding set and then work up from that.
Your target should be an increase in the time under the load of your fingers each day.
