Finger Tip Push-ups

After developing sufficient finger strength from the first program, follow up your progress with this more advance training routine.

Do push-ups with 10 of your fingertips touching the floor.

You may wonder why this is a advanced training routine compared to the first training with just a little additional movement.  Let me explain.
In the first routine, you are only holding it statically, meaning, if you weigh 100kgs and the distribution ratio of your weight in your hands and feet is 3:2, you only carry the load of 588.6Newtons (60kg*9.81kg/m^2) on your fingertips.

Meanwhile, if you do the pushup movement and it only took you .5 secs to push yourself from start to finish with a motion path of .75 meters(length of arm+ fingers).  That would equate to an acceleration of 6m/s^2  (a=2d/t^2).  The extra force would be 600Newtons(F=ma)!!! Adding up your weight and the extra force needed to initiate the movement will result into doubling of the load on your fingers at some instantaneous value of time(initial push).
